Refund policy

Due to the food nature, products purchased on La Boîte à snack are unfortunately not refundable or exchangeable after purchase. Shipping charges are also non-refundable unless there is an internal error.

The snack box is not responsible for breakages caused by the carrier, your packages are packaged with care and love at our warehouse.

The Snack Box is not responsible for products damaged due to bad weather. Your order will be carefully sent in favorable conditions. In the event of a severe heatwave or severe cold, a delay may be expected before sending to ensure that your products arrive in good condition.
