The snack box only ships to Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick at the moment.
Delivery is at a FIXED rate of $13.00 for orders under $75.00 in Quebec & Ontario as well as $19.00 for orders in New Brunswick. For orders over $75.00, delivery is FREE for Quebec & Ontario ONLY. Additional charges may apply for remote areas and/or very heavy and larger than normal packages, we will contact you if this is the case.
You also have the possibility to collect your order free of charge at our Trois-Rivières warehouse by appointment only, please select it when you checkout.
The snack box is not responsible for breakages caused by the carrier, your packages are packaged with care and love at our warehouse.
La Boîte à Snack is not responsible for products damaged due to bad weather. Your order will be carefully sent in favorable conditions. In the event of a severe heatwave or extreme cold, a delay may be expected before sending to ensure that your products arrive in good condition.
